Stainless Steel Sintered Filter Cartridge is specifically designed to optimize particulate capture through its asymmetrical pore structure. This structure presents the finest pores upstream of the filter media, ensuring that particles are captured at the first surface of the filter where they are easily removed by backwashing operations.
The sintered filter cartridge inhibits the removal of downstream catalyst contamination. The use of sintered screens is a reliable method to achieve good slurry oil quality by reducing catalyst concentration. Sintered screens can be back washed for cleaning. Elimination of fines improves product yield, increases the price value of the filtered product, and limits wear on downstream equipment in addition to enhancing the catalyst recovery and treatment process.
Stainless steel material, resistant to high temperature and/or corrosive environments
Available in grades from 1 micron to 100 microns
Uniform pore distribution produces a barrier media that exhibits low flow resistance characteristics and high void fraction.
