The micron sintered filter cartridge is connected to the gas flow control board through the nitrogen input cartridge. The sintered filter cartridge is set in the lower part of the solder wave to improve the anti-oxidation effect; the uniform and small pore size (0.2-100μm) on the sintered filter cartridge effectively reduce nitrogen consumption.

 

The wave soldering nitrogen protection system mainly consists of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, transport pipeline, vaporizer, and wave soldering nitrogen filling equipment. The principle is to use the equipment will be inert gas (nitrogen) covered in the liquid tin surface of the furnace, isolating oxygen, to reduce oxidation of tin slag, reduce the surface tension of the solder, enhance the wetting force, enhance the reliability of the solder joints of a device system. This system can help factories reduce the defect rate after wave soldering and reduce the amount of tin used, thereby improving the reliability of PCBA soldering.

 

The micron sintered filter cartridge can improve the anti-oxidation effect and reduce nitrogen consumption.

The sintered filter cartridge is used to pass nitrogen against the tin surface, which saves gas consumption, and the sintered filter cartridge has a pore size of 0.2-2.0 microns.

The sintered filter cartridge is made of alloy powder by die-casting and sintering, and the finished product has uniform pores.
