The HENGKO HG602 is an industrial dew point sensor transmitter designed for continuous monitoring of compressed air dryers, desiccant drying systems, dehumidification equipment and other low-humidity industrial processes.
It combines dew point, temperature and relative humidity measurement with a local display and multiple industrial signal outputs, allowing operators to view conditions directly while transmitting measurement data to PLC, HMI, DCS or remote monitoring systems.
Dew point range: −60 to +60°C Td
Measured parameters: Dew point, temperature and relative humidity
Output options: RS485 Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V or 0–10 V
Local indication: Integrated real-time display
Typical use: Compressed air dryers, drying rooms and industrial dehumidification systems
Dew point monitoring helps operators verify dryer performance, detect moisture breakthrough and protect downstream pneumatic equipment, instruments and production processes.
Continuously confirm whether refrigerated, membrane or desiccant air dryers are achieving the required outlet dew point.
Identify rising moisture levels caused by saturated desiccant, dryer faults, leaks, bypass conditions or insufficient regeneration.
Reduce moisture-related corrosion, freezing, contamination and malfunction in pneumatic tools, valves and process instruments.
Maintain controlled moisture levels for production processes where compressed-air dryness directly affects product consistency.
Use dew point trends to plan desiccant replacement, dryer servicing and filter maintenance before process failures occur.
Transmit real-time data to industrial control systems for alarms, trend analysis, interlocks and remote supervision.
Designed for continuous industrial measurement, local observation and convenient integration into existing monitoring and control systems.
Measures dew point from −60 to +60°C Td for compressed air drying, dehumidification and general industrial humidity monitoring.
Allows maintenance personnel and operators to check dew point, temperature and humidity directly at the measurement point.
Optional RS485 Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, 0–5 V and 0–10 V signals simplify connection to PLC, HMI, DCS and data acquisition systems.
The compact metal enclosure provides mechanical protection and corrosion resistance for long-term industrial installation.
A typical response time of approximately 10 seconds at 1 m/s airflow supports timely detection of changing moisture conditions.
Wide-voltage DC power input supports integration into common industrial control cabinets and monitoring installations.
Confirm the required signal output, connection configuration and operating pressure before ordering.

HG602 can operate as a local indicating instrument or as part of a centralized compressed-air quality monitoring and automation system.
Connect digital or analog measurement signals to a programmable logic controller.
Display real-time dew point values, trends and alarm conditions on the operator interface.
Transmit measurement data to plant-wide monitoring, process control or supervisory systems.
Record operating history for maintenance analysis, process validation and quality documentation.
Correct installation is essential for obtaining representative and stable dew point measurements.
Install the probe at a representative point with suitable pressure rating, sealing and protection from liquid water or heavy contamination.
Use a controlled sample flow where the main-line pressure, velocity, temperature or maintenance requirements make direct installation unsuitable.
For dryer performance monitoring, install downstream of the dryer and upstream of moisture-sensitive production equipment.
Prevent liquid water, oil aerosol and severe particulate contamination from reaching the sensing area.
Suitable for industrial processes where moisture control, dryer verification and reliable environmental monitoring are required.
Outlet dew point monitoring for refrigerated, desiccant and membrane compressed-air drying systems.
Continuous low-humidity monitoring in controlled drying rooms and dehumidification areas.
Moisture monitoring for clean dry air, process gas support and controlled production environments.
