Under the“Otaku Economy”, temperature and humidity sensor assist in cold chain transportation

With the improvement of the national living standard and the support of a national policy, cold chain transportation has developed rapidly in recent years. Because of the epidemic this year, many people cannot go outside to buy fresh foods. Therefore, the demand for fresh food for people has increased. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for the cold chain transportation industry.

There is a high requirement for the transportation of fresh food. Most food will rotten in the transportation process. The cause of decay, for animal food, is the microbial action and for plant food is respiration. Constant temperature transport（18℃～22℃）: Using the standard heat retaining transport vehicle to transport such as chocolate, candies,drug,chemical product and so on.

The best temperature for the exterior of refrigerated counter is below 15℃,and the

best working range for refrigerated counter is no more than 24℃ and  55%RH

The cold chain transportation is not only for vegetables, fruits, milk products, meat products, poultry, and quick-frozen food but also for the flower, medical and chemical products. Thus we can know, cold chain transportation is a very important logistics node and cold chain transport is also particularly important for temperature and humidity control.
