Pre-filter for industrial flue gas sampling probes for sampling high dust content flue gas to avoid clogging of the gas path during sampling of sampling tubes and hoses.
The pre-filter can be connected to the end of the sampling tube of the 1200°C industrial flue gas sampling probe set / heated industrial flue gas sampling probe set.
Features:
Avoid clogging of sampling tubes and hoses when sampling high dust content flue gases
For sampling dusty flue gases
Operating temperature up to 600 °C
Diameter: 30 mm, length: 110 mm
Pre-filter for sampling highly dusty flue gases
Applications:
Pre-filter for industrial flue gas sampling probes, with the right industrial flue gas sampling probe and measuring instrument
Measurement of the furnace atmosphere
Measurement of flue gases for energy efficiency monitoring/commissioning of industrial installations
Measurement of flue gas for pre-checking of gaseous pollutant emission concentration values
Measurement of flue gas for checking flue gas cleaning systems
Emission monitoring
Sampling Probe and Filter
The CEM system interface typically consists of a corrosion resistive rigid probe, positioned at a representative location.
A coarse filter made of porous metal materials sintered stainless steel is used to filter out particulate matter greater than 10 to 50 μm size. Earlier the coarse filter used to be located at the probe inlet; however, some current designs have the filter positioned out of the stack for ease of maintenance.
