Reading save and recall: The humidity meter comes with a memory that can be keyed to save up to 99 sets of readings for later recall. Each memory location can hold relative humidity as well as ambient. The instrument can store the relative humidity and ambient temperature, dew point temperature, and wet bulb temperature values in each memory location.

MAX/MIN mode: Select wet bulb, dew point, or ambient before reading the corresponding Min Max values.

Data Hold: Press the HOLD button to hold the displayed reading, and the thermo-hygrometer stops measuring.

Applications:

Agriculture

Fire prevention

Hay and straw processing/stocking

Hay and straw trading

Cattle breeding

Horse keeping

The HENGKO HG981 Handheld Humidity Meter measures the temperature and humidity of the milling grain of wheat, barley, rye, or hay and straw in the bales. It allows one to easily determine the suitability for storage and quality of hay and straw, especially in agriculture, stock breeding, and horse keeping.
The slim but robust measuring rod with 1000 mm and Ø8 mm is robust and suitable for measurements in different depths.

Moisture control in agriculture, livestock breeding, and horse breeding is an ongoing process requiring a humidity meter such as HENGKO HK-J8A102.

The transport cost per ton of hay or straw increases with increasing bale humidity. The larger the amount of water in the bales, the smaller the amount of dry mass transported. Considering the value of moisture found in the bales, the increase in the cost of transport could be very high.

This HENGKO HG981 humidity meter incorporates an LCD with the indication in % RH (humidity) and ℃ T (temp). The meter is powered by a 9-volt battery with a minimum life expectancy of 170 hours.
